All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be noted on the product page.

Packaging Note: A fee for standard packaging materials is included in the shipping cost.

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Heavy Item Policy
For any item over 100 lbs, please contact us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quote. Additional freight or special handling charges may apply.
Shipping Insurance Policy
To help protect your order, Global Med Brokers offers optional shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance covers loss or damage during transit.

Filing a Claim
If your insured package is lost or damaged:
Contact the carrier to report the issue and begin the claims process.
Provide your tracking number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
Notify us at sales@globalmedbrokers.com within 7 days of the issue so we can assist as needed.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and, if the claim is approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Local Pickup Policy
Global Med Brokers offers local pickup by appointment only for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
How It Works
Select Local Pickup at checkout.
Wait for a "Ready for Pickup" email with scheduling instructions.
Schedule your pickup using the provided link or by contacting us.
Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
Pickup Availability
Pickup is available by appointment only.
Authorized Pickup
If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us in advance with:
Their full name
A copy of the order confirmation
Missed Appointments & Cancellations
If you miss your scheduled pickup time, please contact us to reschedule.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification may be canceled or subject to a storage fee.
You will receive an email with scheduling instructions once your order is ready.
