Global Med Brokers LLC is committed to conducting business ethically, lawfully, and in accordance with the requirements of our payment processors, including Stripe. As a business-to-business reseller of surplus hospital capital equipment, we regularly review our inventory and business practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and payment processing policies.

Our Business Model

Global Med Brokers LLC helps hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and healthcare organizations recover value from surplus medical equipment through brokerage, sourcing, liquidation, and resale services. Our primary customers include:

  • Hospitals and healthcare facilities

  • Surgery centers

  • Biomedical service providers

  • Medical equipment resellers

  • Qualified domestic and international business buyers

We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, patient care, or healthcare services.

Restricted Products Policy

Global Med Brokers LLC does not knowingly sell, market, or process payments through Stripe for products prohibited under Stripe's Restricted Businesses Policy.

Restricted products include, but are not limited to:

  • Prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals

  • Inhalers and medication delivery devices

  • Contact lenses sold directly to consumers

  • Hearing aids and consumer hearing devices requiring regulatory authorization

  • Consumer medical devices that require prescriptions or special authorization

  • Products prohibited by Stripe's Services Agreement

  • Any item identified by Stripe as restricted or prohibited

Inventory Review and Removal

If Global Med Brokers LLC determines that any item in our inventory conflicts with Stripe's Restricted Businesses Policy, we will promptly:

  1. Remove the item from Stripe-supported payment channels;

  2. Update our website and product listings;

  3. Modify our internal review procedures to prevent future listings of restricted products; and

  4. Cooperate fully with Stripe to maintain ongoing compliance.

The products identified by Stripe as restricted are not a significant part of our business operations. Our primary focus remains the resale of surplus hospital capital equipment.

Business-to-Business Sales

Global Med Brokers LLC primarily engages in business-to-business transactions. Products are marketed and sold to qualified organizations and professionals rather than individual consumers for personal use.

Buyers are responsible for determining the intended use of purchased equipment and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Right to Refuse Transactions

Global Med Brokers LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or remove any transaction involving products that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or payment processor requirements.
